The Mom Life Trifecta

Coffee, Chaos & Confidence

If there’s one thing we all know, it’s that life doesn’t slow down just because we need it to. Between home, work, kids, homeschooling, trying to take care of ourselves, and keeping up with everything else, some days feel like a total blur. Let’s be honest some days, just keeping everyone alive and somewhat fed is the biggest win.

But here’s the thing: It’s not about having it all together. It’s about figuring out what works for you and rolling with it. So let’s break it down.

Step One: Coffee (Duh.)

First things first coffee. Hot, iced, reheated five times 🤣 because life happens… whatever works. Some days, it’s less of a drink and more of a lifeline. But beyond caffeine (protein iced coffee), I’ve realized that taking even five minutes to sit with my cup and silence before diving into the chaos makes a huge difference.

Little mom hack: Pair your coffee with something small that makes you feel good. Maybe it’s putting on a cute headband so you feel a little more put together, throwing on some mascara, turning on your Scentsy wax lamp or just breathing (inhale and exhale 😮‍💨) before the day takes over.

🎭 Step Two: Chaos (Because, Kids.)

No matter how much we try to plan, organize, and color-code our lives, chaos will happen. The kids will fight over nothing (yep like cat and dog), you’ll be 10 minutes late no matter how early you start getting ready, and let’s not even talk about the mystery stains on your clothes. Is it tooth paste? Is it coffee? Is it chocolate? Mercy if only we knew lol.

Instead of stressing, I say we embrace it. Some days will be a mess, and that’s okay. You’re doing the best you can, and honestly, that’s enough. Even if you only brushed your hair and teeth today, remember thats enough!

Mom reality check: Keep a go-to “chaos day” outfit. Something comfy, effortless, but still makes you feel like you. (For me? Leggings, a sweat shirt, mascara and a headband that makes it look like I tried. HAHA tried with a capital T)

💁‍♀️ Step Three: Confidence (Even When You’re Running on Empty)

Here’s the secret: Confidence doesn’t come from getting everything right. It comes from showing up, being real, and making the best of whatever season you’re in. Some days, that means full glam and feeling like a boss while acting an ass lol. Other days, it’s dry shampoo, an oversized hoodie, and hoping nobody asks you anything complicated.

Quick tip: When you’re feeling off, do one small (small I'm talking 1 minute to 15 minutes max) thing that makes you feel more like you. Maybe it’s throwing on your favorite earrings, blasting your go-to hype song, or just reminding yourself that you’re a freaking rockstar for doing all that you do. Anyone can do something for at least 1 minute even on those days our brain is telling us not to move.

You’re Doing Better Than You Think

No one has it all together, no matter how good they make it look on socials. You’re showing up, doing your best, and making it work, and that’s enough!

Now, take a deep breath, sip your coffee (while it’s still kinda warm), and remind yourself: You’ve got this, you're beautiful and I'm proud of you! 💛

Much Love
